Constantinos studied the Law (LLB, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and Business Administration (MSc in International Business, Manchester Business School).
His all-round managerial skills are the result of more than twenty-years work in a variety of fields and positions.
In the field of law practice, he has worked as an associate for leading Greek law firms, in-house General Counsel as well as a private lawyer. Today, he is a Senior Associate in Benteniotis & Associates Law Offices. His personal clientele include industry leaders in Greece, Professional Associations, Trade Unions and international green-field investors (mainly from the US and Canada), as well as promising start-ups.
In the field of management services, his experience comes both from the private and public sector: He has a two-year experience in Market Research, a two-year experience in advertising (working during his studies), and more than a five-year experience in Public Administration consulting, having participated in all major government reforms in Greece in the past decade, either as a senior consultant or Project Manager. Since 2008 he is a tutor of Total Quality Management and Crisis Management at the Greek National School of Public Administration and Local Government.

Multi-talented and highly efficient, Ioannis began his career as an IT Engineer in brokerage & back office software development companies. Amongst them Atos-Origin, Natfeed, Broker Systems, Profile Software and Exodus, namely the creator of the multi-award-winning e-banking platform "Winbank" of Piraeus Bank.
In 2002 he introduced to the Greek capital market one of the first web applications for real time monitoring of the prices of the Greek Stock Exchanges.
Ioannis has taken part in numerous FOREX education programmes and has worked for several MiFID Licensed Investment Firms, amongst them Oxygen Capital Securities SA and Magna Trust Securities SA, where his last positions were Trading Strategist andInternal Auditor.
He is a Certified Stockbroker (Class A1) with the Hellenic (Greek) Capital Markets Commission, a member of the Financial Markets Association (FMA) and the American Finance Association (AFA).

Dr. Yannis Tsakiris
Yannis studied Economics and Mathematical Methods (BSc in Economics, University of Whales, Diploma and MSc in Operational Research, London School of Economics, PhD in Management Science & Economics, University of Wales).
He has a vast experience both in the banking and enterprise finance sector. He has worked as a top level executive for the Aristotle Onassis Group (Deputy Head of the Group, Monaco Headquarters), Barclays Bank (Schweiz) AG (Associate Director), Citibank NA London (Vice President), American Express Private Bank London (Director), American Express Bank Monaco (Senior Country Executive), Piraeus Bank (Head of Private Banking), EFG Eurobank (various positions including Head of Private Banking, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the EFG Family Office and Deputy CEO), Oxygen Capital VC Management and Oxygen Capital Securities (Vice President and CEO).
He has also served as a Lecturer of Business Economics & Finance; he taught Applied Economics at the University of Wales in Swansea for three years and Business Finance at the University of SE Europe in Monaco for five years.
He is a Certified Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in London, Certified Investment Manager withthe UK Institute of Investment Management and Research, and Certified Class C Portfolio Manager with the Hellenic (Greek) Capital Markets Commission (HCMC).

Apostolos (Paul) Saraferas
Apostolos (Paul for his friends) studied Business Administration and Finance (BBA in Business Administration and International Business, MBA in Finance, all at Pace University, New York).
He has a trading, investment and corporate banking background.
He has worked as Capital Markets Financial Officer at Marine Midland Bank NY (1987-1990), Director of the Treasury Department and Portfolio Manager at Bank Leumi Trust Company of New York (1990-1995) and Deputy Manager and Head of Trading at Alpha Bank (1995-2005). From 2005 to 2012 he headed the Capital Markets Division of the UniCredit Group for Greece and Cyprus, focusing on Sovereign Debt Capital Markets, and also being responsible for the accommodation of all institutional clients, including the Greek and other governments.
He is currently an Investment Adviser of prominent Greek enterprises, mainly in the heavy industry and shipping sectors, both at home (Greece) and abroad.

Alexandros studied Law and Economics (LLB, Democritus University of Thrace, LLM in Law & Economicsand JD Candidate in Commercial Law, the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens).
He is a Corporate Lawyer specialising primarily on Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking & Finance Law, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Maritime Law and Commercial / Civil Litigations.
Alexandros works for Benteniotis Law Office, one of the leading law offices in Greece. He is responsible for the representation, among others, of Black Rock Inc. interests in Greece, AVIN Petrochemicals (Vardinogiannis Group) and Piraeus Bank (specific banking Instruments).
He loves to work on challenging legal issues and is passionate with innovative works.

George C. Pappas
George studied Engineering, Business Administration and Law in the United States (BSc in Electronic Engineering, MBA, JD, all at George Washington University).
George is undoubtedly one of the most experienced Patent Attorneys in South-Eastern Europe.
He is a licensed Attorney at Law in the United States and Greece and a licensed Solicitor in England and Wales. He is also a registered Patent Practitioner with the United States Patents and Trademarks Office (USPTO) and an authorised Legal Practitioner with the European Patent Office (EPO). He was trained as a Patent Attorney and Engineer in the US, where he has held many patent-related positions, such as Digital Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman, Senior Patent Attorney at Motorola and patent examiner at the USPTO. In his last position in the US, he was the IP Vice President of QUALCOMM Inc. (2000-2008).
Since 2009 he owns Pappas IP Law, an international patent law firm established in Athens, Greece. The firm’s staff consists of top Patent Attorneys, technical professionals and lawyers with a broad expertise on patent, anti-competition and copyright law, trained in the US, UK, and Greece.
He speaks English and Greek.
Alex studied Economics (BSc in Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).
He has been employed in Greece, Germany and Scotland working from various administrative, management and client services positions in the industries of insurance and tourism. He has also been an entrepreneur himself, having established a business providing tourist services.
Throughout his working life he has also been a volunteer in various environmental and humanitarian projects, mainly in Greece and Germany.

Chris studied Financial Services (BSc in Financial Services, Manchester Metropolitan University).
He has more than 10 years of experience in business development and customer relationship management.
